4. RAM

This is a very important component of your laptop. It helps the laptop handle multiple tasks. The size of your RAM is majorly dependent on what you intend to do with it. Small tasks like browsing on the web or even word processing can do with 8GB RAM.  Heavier tasks like photo and video editing will mean you consider higher RAM.

5. Battery Lifespan

Like any other electronic device that stores power, the life of the battery is very crucial, especially if there’s days when you do not have regular access to power supply. In such cases you will have to consider a laptop that has a good battery capacity.

6. Operating System

Most laptops come with either of the following operating systems: windows, Chrome OS or Mac OS.

7. Keyboard

If you are going to be typing a lot then look at the quality of the keyboard.

8. Screen Resolution

Kindly ensure you check the screen resolution of a laptop before purchasing it.
